What was life like in Northern Michigan during World War II? Throughout November, this exhibit invites you to explore how our community contributed to the war effort here at home. Featuring historic photos, ration cards, memorabilia, and more, this exhibit offers a glimpse into the everyday lives and efforts of area residents supporting the war years. While this exhibit focuses on the homefront, we also honor the hundreds of Northern Michigan men and women who served in World War II. Explore their stories through our digital collections.
